Tap N Jump Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Delta Tech Studios, operated by Trevor Mooney in New York, United States (“Delta Tech Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use Tap N Jump, its player-account features, its Discord Activity, and related websites and support services (together, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Player profile information, such as a chosen display name and profile preferences.
• Support messages, bug reports, screenshots, and other information you choose to send us.
• Information needed to verify and complete an access, correction, or deletion request.

Account and platform information

Depending on how you access the Service, we may receive identifiers and profile details from Discord, Steam, Epic Online Services, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Unity Authentication, or another platform you choose to connect. This may include a user or player ID, username or display name, avatar, locale, linked-account status, and authentication tokens needed to establish and maintain a signed-in session. We do not ask for or receive your platform password.

Gameplay, transaction, and technical information

• Scores, statistics, progress, virtual currency, cosmetics, inventory, achievements, and account timestamps.
• Lobby, matchmaking, multiplayer-session, and game-result information.
• Product, transaction, entitlement, and fulfillment identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable store or platform, not by us.
• IP address, browser or device type, operating system, request time, crash data, security logs, and similar diagnostic information processed by us or our providers.

2. Discord API data and permissions

When you launch or authorize the Tap N Jump Discord Activity, we may receive Discord API data needed for the feature you requested. Depending on the approved scopes and Activity context, this may include your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, locale, authorization status, and the application, guild, channel, lobby, participant, or Activity-instance identifiers needed to launch, authenticate, link an account, or operate a shared game session.

Tap N Jump does not use Discord message content. We do not use Discord API data to scrape or monitor Discord, build advertising profiles, infer sensitive traits, re-identify anonymous data, train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, send unsolicited marketing, or contact you outside Discord without your permission. We request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose to use, and we do not take actions on your behalf unless you initiate or clearly authorize them.

3. How we use information

• Provide, authenticate, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Create and manage player profiles, linked identities, progress, inventory, scores, and multiplayer sessions.
• Complete purchases and deliver entitlements.
• Respond to support, account, and privacy requests.
• Detect fraud, abuse, cheating, security incidents, and technical problems.
• Measure performance, diagnose errors, and improve gameplay and usability.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We use Discord API data only to provide the Discord-connected functions described above and for purposes permitted by the permissions you approve.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information or Discord API data. We may disclose information only as reasonably needed to:

• Operate with Discord or another connected platform when you request a platform feature or account connection.
• Use contracted service providers for hosting, authentication, multiplayer, cloud save, storefront, diagnostics, security, or support. They may process information only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.
• Show intended social features to other players, such as your display name, avatar, lobby presence, score, or leaderboard entry.
• Follow your direction when you choose to share information with a third party.
• Meet legal or safety obligations when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, our rights, or the public.
• Complete a business transaction involving the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

5. Advertising, analytics, and cookies

Supported mobile editions may use advertising or measurement services, including mediation partners available through Unity LevelPlay, subject to the choices shown on your device or in the game. Discord API data is not disclosed to advertising networks, data brokers, or monetization providers and is not used for targeted advertising. The Delta Tech Studios website does not intentionally use third-party behavioral advertising cookies at launch. Its hosting provider may use essential technology and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security and required business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by the type of information and why it is held. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups before routine removal.

We delete or de-identify Discord API data when it is no longer needed for the approved feature, when Tap N Jump stops providing that feature, when Discord or the affected user validly requests deletion, or when applicable law requires deletion. We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Revoking Discord authorization stops future access but may not automatically delete Tap N Jump progress connected to the same player account; use the request process below to ask us to delete stored account data.

7. Your choices, rights, and data requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable Tap N Jump account data. Email deltatechstudios@gmail.comwith the subject “Tap N Jump Data Request.” Include the relevant player name, platform, and platform account ID. We may request additional information to verify that you control the account before disclosing or deleting data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may revoke Tap N Jump's Discord access from Discord's Authorized Apps settings and may disconnect other linked services using their platform controls where available. Deleting data can make saved progress, account features, or entitlements unavailable. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, obtain a portable copy, or appeal a denied privacy request. You may contact your local data-protection authority where permitted.

8. Third-party services

Connected platforms have their own privacy practices. These may include Discord, Unity, Epic Games, Steam, Google, and Apple. Their processing is governed by their policies. Our handling of Discord API data is also designed to follow the Discord Developer Terms and Discord Developer Policy.

9. Children and age requirements

Tap N Jump is a family-friendly game intended for a general audience. The Discord Activity is not offered to children under 13 and may be used only by people who satisfy Discord's minimum age requirement in their country. We do not knowingly obtain Discord API data or other personal information from a child below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child provided data contrary to this section, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

10. Security and incident response

We use reasonable administrative, physical, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit and at rest where Discord credentials or API data are persistently stored. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. If an incident affects personal information, we will investigate, contain, and provide notices to affected users, Discord, or authorities when required by law or applicable platform rules.

11. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
